This is a good generic option if you’re looking for a lower-cost migraine relief. Works just as well as the name brand from what I can tell, and I’ve had it in my rotation for a few years now. I just keep a box on hand and replace it as expiration dates come up.The one thing I’ve noticed is that the shelf life on arrival is usually around two years. That’s fine, but I do end up tossing a portion of the box each time since I don’t go through it that fast. I might eventually compare with other brands to see if any of them last longer, just to stretch the value. Still, even with that, this has been a dependable go-to.

The title says it all: these are reasonably priced and equivalent to name brand OTC migraine meds.While I do have prescription migraine medicine, it's not the preventative kind. Mostly because my triggers are supposed to be manageable. Except for when they aren't. So, I rely on these guys to take care of me as soon as I feel the telltale symptoms starting, and take the prescription med as a last-stand since it means I'll be down for a while.These also work great for colds, flu, sinus pain and pressure, and butt kicking seasonal allergies. Half a Benadryl (or Amazon's generic diphenhydramine) with two of these and I can function without falling asleep.Get more for your money and stock up because migraines and sinus pain are no joke.

I’ve found that the migraine over the counter medication works as long as it’s a generic brand. I’ve suffered for the better part of 40-45 years. My migraines are normally caused by stress. I’ve found these and so far I’m impressed. Excellent value, and the quality is very good.

Best headache medication I have tried. The addition of caffeine to the tablet makes fast relief possible. I get a lot of headaches and I swear by this product. I give it to my friends and family and it works for them too.l

These are the exact same chemical make up as the name brand Excedrin and so far have worked with the same effectiveness. I’m docking a star because the bottle I received was quite close to the expiration date (I would have to take a full dose every single day until they expired to come close to using them all, which is a great way to mess up your liver), so be sure to check the date when you receive them and reach out to Amazon if it’s really close.

Works the same as Excedrin - great value

Just as good as the brand name stuff but a LOT cheaper and same size! I like the "E" marking on the brand name to distinguish it in my pill case but these have a "T" one one side and a "57" on the other to distinguish them, so that does the job.

This is the only thing that keeps my husband from having migraines all the time.
