What a great little TENS unit! Very small, pretty much can fit in the coin pocket on a pair of jeans (small and compact, about the size of your palm). The unit comes with 2 cables that branch into two connectors, so you can put up to 4 pads on your body. the power level is what surprised me the most. It can get up there in the electric pulses. If you are looking into buying a a TENS unit and don't want to spend a lot of money, this one would work perfectly. Comes with an handful of pads that are interchangeable and very good at sticking to the skin. The only thing I am not sure about or experienced any issues with is the battery. It charges appropriately, delivers a hearty electrical stimulation, and works perfectly. I guess with time, like all devices, battery wears out, but at this moment, it works well. As for the interface of the device, it has a click-wheel (no touch screen), and if you want to increase shock you click left or right, and up or down to change the settings. I think its great item for personal use or even a gift. Comes in beautiful packaging, everything is supplied, and includes a nice black material travel bag.

I'll start with the negatives first. The LED screen light is very bright. I also think it would be cool if it changed color according to the mode and intensity level selected. 4 of the pads don't have a pull tab used to remove the pads from storage sheets. In my experience with these devices, the pushing and pulling on the adhesive gel tends to shorten the life of the pads. My solution is, I don't use those pad often.What's AMAZING?! The battery life! My first use was well over 6 to 8 hours straight and not one bar was lost. This has been consistent over 16 days. It did lose one bar of power a few days ago, but as I was watching the screen the bar came back. When does that ever happen? Never!The Modes are numerous, which makes X-Point an excellent choice for those of us who like to try different therapeutic techniques and treatments. The intensity levels range from what I describe as a light tickle to a deep tissue massage. I prefer deep tissue therapy, so its great for me. I have arthritis and fibromyalgia for which I cannot take prescription meds for and it eases and relieves the symptoms of both. It's not a cure for either, but it's an absolute great alternative. The session time is 10 to 60 minutes, but you can increase during the session for longer sessions without interrupting your present session. The A and B inputs allow you to treat both sides of the body equally, such as the shoulders. You can increase and decrease the power level independently, but you can't use different modes simultaneously. This may be for safety, I'm not sure, which is why I don't see it as a negative. The pads adhere extremely well. I use it a lot! My only negatives are above, but after many uses the pads are like new. One tip I well share, is to clean the area you treat with a cloth dampened with rubbing alcohol, then apply the pads. But, that's up to you. I've owned several of these types of devices and none were rechargeable or this powerful. I highly recommend it, but do follow the instructions. I read a few negative reviews before deciding to purchase, but no two people are exactly alike and no product is perfect. Maybe I got lucky and got a good one, in my opinion. Hope those who didn't have a good experience find the right product for them. Hope I didn't bore you with too many details and if you buy this device I hope you experience is the same or better than mine. Either way, get healthy and stay healthy. PEACE

This is a wonderful TENS unit for a great price. First of all, most are not as nice looking as this black and gold one. That's what attracted me to it right away. It's very pretty and sleek looking. The important part is how it works, right? Yes! It's perfect. There's various types of stimulation. If you want a deeper "buzzing" or more of a pin-prick... it lets you choose your style. I go for the deep steady buzz for my back and neck pain. I don't have simple pain. I've had a spinal fusion T2-S1 for my 70° scoliosis. Long story shorter I'm still in massive pain but I have less mobility now. I've dealt with pain all my life. So when I say this helps that's exactly what I mean. I first used a tens unit in physical therapy and was hooked on them from there. Theirs was a big fancy(expensive) machine and I'm telling you this one works just as well in my opinion! If you're in pain, especially while walking, sitting, or just doing daily chores/activities get this unit! You'll be happy you did!Tip: you can also put ice on the area you are using the tens unit and it helps quite a but with the pain. Just be sure to remove the ice after 20 mins.

I like this unit much better than the old bulky unit I use to have. Works well for pain and muscle soreness. I only use at night to relax muscles and reduce chronic pain. My problem with this is that the lead lines do tangle when wearing, it is difficult to place pads on certain areas of body without help. The diagram for showing placement of pads and what number coordinates with pain useage regarding the use of tens or massage is so difficult to read, I use reading glasses and still have to use a magnifier to read the diagram. Please enlarge this. I like that the pads have good adhesive and stay in place. Like others have noted they do work better when cleaned with a little water after use. Good unit for my needs. UPDATE: Have a problem with the B port not working so have not been able to use for a months. received a call today 2/16/21 from the company checking on my satisfaction. Informed them of the problem and they are sending a new unit to me, wonderful customer service! Also discussed having different control for A and B sides regarding different massage methods instead of both using the same method, the representative stated others have brought this up and she informed me she would be taking this to upper management, she stated they are a small company and want to be customer friendly. This is the first time a company has personally reached out to me regarding a purchase. So wonderful!
