This hat is fantastic. I love the fit, the feel, the colour and the fact the furry bobble is detachable. Thanks to the fleeced lining, it keeps my head and ears really warm. I will order again in different colours. I would definitely recommend this product.

My pompom hat has just turned up its just lovely nice and thick and fits just right ,no forehead strangling ,but best of all a popper to hold the hat pompom on but can remove for washing , thought of everything .

Quality seemed fine. I then washed the hat by hand as per the instructions, This resulted in a large hole at the top of the hat. I could then not return it as the "return window" had closed by thenDo Not buyUpdateFollowing my original review as above, the company spontaneously reimbursed me the cost of the hat which is much appreciated. This demonstrates the company's good customer care and the defect may have been a "one off"
