CMOS replacement battery
It worked just fine when the polarity is checked before insertion. My 3 yerar old PC works a dream now no more BIOS startups. The ASUS motherboard I am unimpressed with. Battery replacements should take 10 minutes not an hour having to remove the motherboard!!

It says it's compatible with Acer, but for my Acer Swift 3, the connector was completely different...

Only one arrived, it is a CR1616 ...
I had got the impression that there was to be two of these arriving, only one did - but I didn't need two anyway. The cell size is not a CR2016 it is a CR1616, but on the HP laptop space under the keyboard is really tight - so it is much better that the old (7 years) dead one ...

Not the size described
As per a couple of earlier reviews the battery supplied is not a CR2016. I don’t know enough to say whether they are interchangeable but don’t intend to take a risk. Could be isolated mistake by supplier but equally others have experienced same issue. Will order replacement elsewhere.

Does not fit Lenovo X1 and is 16mm not 20mm, too thin and not 16mm thick, wrong battery!
Polarity wrong, plug wrong for Lenovo X12016 ordered, this is 16mm wide and too thin - a much weaker battery and not what was ordered. I have requested correct replacement and to return what was supplied for full refund.
