I gave this to a very special young lady & friend with Autism for her 32nd birthday. She loves anything art & this was a huge hit. She couldn't wait for her Daddy to put the batteries in & draw her 1st art picture. The light is the perfect brightness for tracing on a sturdy surface with a clip to hold the papers in place. It has a great variety of pictures & comes with markers in a handy storage tray on the side. Perfect for traveling or taking on the go too. It has the top quality that Discovery is known for. Great for kids & adults alike.

Our 6 year old neice loves this! She loves to draw and is very entertained. You can use any drawing under the tracing paper. Suggestion: buy a separate set of marker pens. The ones that come with it are adequate but short and only a few colors. Also you'll need AA batteries.

I'm so excited to gift these to my kids for Christmas. In my first order, one of the tablet screens is perfect. The other has large waves behind it. I requested a replacement and the screen waves are even worse. I reordered the product, and the 3rd tablet also arrived with waves. Now I cannot order anymore because at checkout it notifies me that I've "reached a purchase limit" for the product. I just need a 2nd tablet without a wavy screen. Please help!As I mentioned, in my initial order I received a tablet in perfect condition. It's a nice product of a fun neutral color, even light distribution across it for easy tracing, a paper clamp along the top, pencil holder on the back, and a side drawer with markers and a cloth to doodle on the screen when your child wants to switch things up.I love that it takes just (3) AA batteries, versus needing to charge or be plugged in constantly. It has a tight on/off switch and substantial (but not too heavy) weight. Everything was well thought out and executed, with the exception of the ones with wavy screens.If you catch them on sale, definitely grab one!! Excellent quality product for the price.*****UPDATE: After trouble-shooting the wavy screen problem myself, I discovered that the back screws are installed too tightly!! This is easily fixed by popping out the (4) corner pads, then backing out all screws from the backside of the tablet. Simply re-tighten them in a proper torque sequence (star pattern) until just snug. Problem solved. Hopefully the seller will take note!
