Love SH nail polish. A bit hard to remove it

This product is excellent and does not contain all of the damaging chemicals. Why doesn't Sally Hanson make all their nail products this pristine?

This is a very good product. Goes on smoothly, and helps keep the manicure lasting Gonder.

I prefer to use non-toxic products and wanted a good top coat for my ILNP nail polish. I’m a little disappointed. Maybe it’s my fault but I was expecting this to be glossier. The shine is definitely there but when it picks up the light it actually makes my ultra holographic nail polish look a bit dull and lifeless. I don’t know how else to describe it. I think it’s because it picks up a lot of indents while drying so its a textured shine that makes it feel more matte. Maybe this would have looked good on a creme nail polish but it just distracting over the holo.Edit: it’s a great top-coat if you have the time to let it dry. My initial check for dry nail polish is if I can gently rub my finger on top without smudging. My final test for checking if my nail polish is completely dry is if I can touch/rub the top of one nail to another without them gripping or sticking to each other. It takes 3 hours or longer to reach that point. It looks way better now than the first time I used it, but I literally couldn’t do anything with my hands for 3 hours and there’s still indents after the fact. They just aren’t as noticeable and don’t dull the shine like last time. I recommend keeping thin coats with this. It will make your polish last longer and give it a nice shine, but the dry time is absolutely ridiculous. I’ll use it when I have time but I might need to look for another non-toxic option. This one isn’t practical.

I bought the clear coat to use as a base coat. I have many different brands and colors of nail polishes, and I recently learned that they have harmful and toxic ingredients, including formaldehyde. I am hoping that placing this nontoxic polish as the basecoat will help protect my nail bed from the nail polish that I currently use, but I have too many polishes to justify getting rid of. I’m happy to see a main stream brand get a non-toxic option. Although it is branded as a pure, plant-based formula, it definitely smells like any other nail polish as far as the chemical-smell goes. I just take peace in knowing that the harmful ingredients are not present.

I got this when I googled "nail polish that doesn't smell" and an article suggested this one since it doesn't have all the harsh chemicals in typical nail polish. It DOES still smell strongly out of the bottle, but I hardly smell it on my nails 24 hours later. So that's a plus. I see some people complained about streaking - I got the clear one to paint over my nail stickers (Fox & Lily) so I'm not sure how colors would come out but the clear one seems to go on smoothly. The consistency seems ever so slightly different than regular nail polish - it's probably a little thicker - but I got used to it quickly when applying

The top coat Sally Pure does not dry fast and it takes hours. Even when dry as soon as I put my shoes it peeled off.
