I haven't been able to complete reading it yet. However looks like a simplistic guide to EI, welldone Dr. Anju for sharing the anecdotes and examples. I also liked the questions mentioned towards the end.

Great book. It’s very well written and is very comprehensive while still being understandable. Highly recommended for anyone interested in understanding the general concept of emotional intelligence.

Overwhelming experience!!
This book is perhaps the first one for the prudent author who very diligently expresses about the nuances of the journey of crests and troughs that every one existing has to experience, and how beautifully can one in an extremely discerning fashion take great care of the plethora of emotions one faces and live a balanced life and exhibit the right judgements.Kudos to a successful venture such as this, and may we as readers get to experience many more of such endeavors of hers.Looking forward!!!

Such a worst product i had ever recieved
The media could not be loaded. The ink of the book is spreaded over pages...i will never purchase book from you....its such a worst product i had ever recieved...not expected from amazon
