Love cast iron!
I love cooking and baking with cast iron. These Cuisinart cast iron griddle pans have multiple uses, including as cake and pie pans. Glad I purchased them.

We used within hours of receiving.
I bought it for pizzas, but its first fry was bacon, we fried up 5lbs as a preseason. Then 1lb of hamburger. Hot animal fat was in it for 5 hours, seasoning as this has worked well for me, with all my cast iron pans. The pan worked well, zero sticking. Now it’s ready for pizza.

A rough casting
It's pretty roughly cast, but the pan seems solid and should do the job.

Good quality. Size of cake pan
Love cuisinart. Love cast iron. This is top of the line quality. My fault for not realizing it was 12” measuring width with handles. Actual size at top of pan is 10” actual size at bottom of pan is 9”. The width and depth of a cake pan with slightly sloped sides. Not much good for anything but biscuits — great if that meets your needs.

Fits the Joe Jr
I usually buy lodge out of habit and get nervous switching it up but this is great. The preseasoning is high quality and has only taken a couple cooks and is already almost nonstick. I use it on stove top for searing and on the Kamado Joe Jr for double indirect cooking. I just put it on the top grate and put a small grill on the rim. I can fit a 5lb brisket point on it and still close the tiny smoker lid. Will probably buy a few more when I want to scale up cooking. The walls are more steep than lodge, which makes it marginally harder to clean. Not worth losing a star over though.

My favorite cast iron pan!
This is my every-morning-breakfast pan. I make hash browns in it and then fry eggs. The pan has a flat bottom and straight up sides. Easy to clean and easy to use. I can re-season it whenever I want with ease but rarely have to do so. Just wipe clean or rinse out, put it over a medium low flame, then add grapeseed oil. Then in go the hash browns! This pan is also easy on my hands to grab, lift, and move. I love my Lodge pans but this pan I use every morning without hesitation.

Disappointed With Quality
I wanted a small cast iron fry pan to sear steaks on the stove top and finish in the small toaster oven. Small cast iron fry pans have a long handle which will not fit a toaster oven. This pan seemed ideal with its small diameter and two side handles and the Cuisinart brand is associated with high quality. I was disappointed with the surface roughness from coarse sand used in the casting process. There was a semi-circular impression in the pan surface so it was not flat. The 6 pound empty weight was too much. Looking for a replacement.
