Faber-Castel Pitt Artist Brush Pens (24 Pack), Multicolor (167147)

The ink is very intense but it doesnt goes to the other the back of the page.I have been using the Tombow for a year now and they are great. Still wanted to try somthing more fancy as I been journaling more and more. In the picture you can see the set of 24 of Faber Castell and below the ones I own from Tombow. The ink from the faber castell is just fuller and more intense. Also, I try appling white gel pen on top and it worked better with the FC since the tombow somehow bleed through the gel pen.On the other hand i like the more diverse colors you can get with Tombow so I still like them a lot, and maybe will buy again the colors I like best once I run out of them.

Artistically inclined kids, these are the young students first choice for pens projects. Excellent color, no smell, these are worth the price.

Pitt "Artist Pens" really are that - an artist pen. These are not kid's magic markers. The colors are beautiful and this 24 count box is a fairly comprehensive set, but there are also sets containing only grays (and they are gorgeous - from warm beigy grays to cool misty ones), and sets specifically for landscape and portrait, with more specific colors. The tip tapers to an elegantly fine point, and when used more heavily they approximate a #3 brush. One of their best features is that they do not dry out! If you keep the covers on they will last for years - I have had some for over 10. There is also a jumbo size marker in this line which is great for Sumi-e work. You cannot go wrong with any of the Pitt pens or sets - they are worth every penny and make terrific gifts for yourself or someone else. No, I am not paid by the company for this glowing review - I'm just an old artist who loves really fine materials and it's a pleasure to use these!

I've had the Faber Castell Pitt pens in the gray set and the blue set for years now and I finally came across the opportunity to buy more of these pens. They are of great quality and I do not regret buying them. I use these to sketch and draw in my projects. I highly recommend these for anyone who wants quality markers. This seller did a great job of packaging the product and it arrived much faster than I expected it to. I will definitely buy from here again.

My go-to for artist pens for many years. Way better than your average marker and some of the colors are tweaked toward something more interesting, giving you better combinations to work with. Very nice tip w fine control. Off-label uses include: as a touch-up pen for floors and furniture, and for changing the harsh light of LED lamps and nightlights that have the cool white light -- use either yellow, orange or red, or a combo, and color the glass surface. The color is transparent and sticks to the glass so you can save money w LEDs but have a warm light.

I’ve wanted some more of these pens for so long but they are always soooo expensive. This was the cheapest I have found them so I finally broke down and bought them. Almost all the colors are beautiful. I would have rather had another purple then the three yellows. The bright cadmium yellows beautiful though. I really enjoy trying to learn hand lettering with them. I’ve been trying to work on it and have tried several different pens and I really like these.

I do like these but I don't love them. I find myself using many of my other art supplies before these. They are well made of course as they are Faber Castel but I'm not crazy about the brush tip on these and out of 24 colors I seem to have a hard time finding the color I need. They do bleed through on my adult coloring books and some feathering occurs. Yet I give them a 4 because they are beautifully boxed and nicely made. I keep thinking either I just need more colors or I will find the right thing to use them for.

My wife is a tattoo artist and I got these for her for Christmas. She loves them. She says they are the finest pencils she has ever used. The color blending, fine tips and long life makes them an excellent buy.
