I do want to say this is a great product and I’ve noticed how quick it works. I do take other supplements that provide the healthy benefits for your girl down there. But, please be careful of taking the whole pill. I don’t suggest swallowing the capsule because it may not be as dissolvable in the stomach. I’ve been taking the capsule apart and put it in a drink. But I was already suffering and a little try won’t harm nothing, right? WRONG!!!First off let me start off by saying, the pill WORKS. I took it for three days the first time around and noticed that I was experiencing cramping and bleeding so I stopped. Second time around, same thing at first I thought maybe it was my period.Soooo I stopped using them and started doing my research. The main ingredient in these are Kacip Fatimah. Its a herb that has many positive effects on the body BUT it also caused uterine contractions in the lab rats that the study was made on.Ok boom! I have an IUD (placed in the uterus for those who don’t know) so when taking this it caused my uterus to contract thus moving my iud causing breakthrough bleeding. If you have an iud please be weary of this.Oh yeah and my CHOO CHA WAS tighter !!!

So I am still taking them (about to order third bottle) but idk if it's doing anything. Firstly, I did develop a bad yeast infection 1.5-2 weeks after first starting them. I don't really get them but I use boric acid whenever stuff seems off so maybe that's why I don't normally. I took boric acid when I noticed yeast with these but it didn't help, I used many boric acid and not helping (always did before) so I went and bought the drugstore yeast medicine. That made it go away. Then i was mostly smooth sailing. First month period was normal. Second month my start date came and went, it was many weeks late, everyone thought I was pregnant (even though I'm 43 and fixed and my SO is 44 and also fixed) but I finally started a few weeks later and it is still going on and I'm bleeding like crazy. Usually my period blood is darker and kind of light flow and last only a few days. But not it's bright red and fast fast flowing and nonstop. I'm.going through super plus tampons and number 5 pads. It's kinda crazy. However I'm experiencing zero cramps. Normally I have alot of cramps.
