The size diagram shows that I would take a size 9. However, I use size 8, as the panty fits perfectly. The size 9 has proven to fit me loosely. The material is very stretchable. The size 8 panties that I have worn have always washed well and never stretched out of shape. Great product. I have used this particular panty since 1997.
