Some confession here... I bought two of these about a month ago. I didn't read the instructions and requested the apartment service team to install it. They refused saying they cannot make changes to the plumbing pipe, so I returned the products.Then I went over some of the videos again and realized that no change is required to the main inlet pipe. So, I ordered two again. This time I was more educated. It took me 5 minutes to install the product. I didn't need use any tools for installation, except for the holder that I installed on the wall.Here is what worked well:- Easy to install- No tools required- The water flow is good and easy to control (how much do you press the lever)- Flexi pipe makes it easy to useA small issue is the holder that can be used with the flush tank. As it's not fixed with anything, it wobbles a bit.We have used it only for 4-5 days so far, but first impression is 5 star.

It was a easy installation. It took me a while to open the valve which had become hard over the years. This has nothing to do with this product. As of now it works great. Will wait for few days to check if it leaks or develop some other problems.One point to note. The packaging says one teflon tape, but there was no tape inside the packaging.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:ITT takes a day to get use to. But I love it my hubby has tried now and likes it for his hemmies, In the summer the water heats up in the attic and oh yes. Love that! Hub says next one will be the heated one. Less toilet paper too!

I've purchased this item three times: twice for my two bathrooms, and once as a replacement (see review for full story).The first time I bought this was for my two bathrooms. They both worked great and gave excellent water pressure control and flow. Just about a year later, I woke up in the middle of the night to a sound of spraying water. It took me a minute to realize that the hose has somehow split where it enters the sprayer and my bathroom, closet, and other adjoining rooms to the bathroom are soaked with water (water leaked from under the walls).My biggest mistake was thinking "the other bathroom hasn't had any problems, maybe I had the water pressure too high or something?". So I ordered it again to replace the broken one and--again--it worked just as expected and very well...until about another year later when I came back home late at night to find that the darn thing split again and my bathroom and adjoining rooms are soaked...Again! And, just like before, it broke in the same exact spot as the last one.This is a terrible product! A sleeping monster waiting to inflict disaster on you when you least expect it. It might work and function really well for the first few months or a year, but chances are that it will break on you and cause water damage. Stay away from it!
