Q: What size shoe do they fit?

I wear a 9 1/2 and they fit fine.

Q: Are these 3 pairs or just one pair of the inserts?

Thank but that is strange because it says 3 pack on the picture and also says in the price $13.86 / Item which means 3 packs cost a total of $41.59.

Q: Numbering System: Does 1st digit (1-4) reflect overall size while 2nd & 3rd digit (10,20..40) the correction? (410 large/110 small - both same issue)?

Hi I think the 100s part is the arch support (reflected by insole color), and the 10s digit is the size.

Q: How long should I expect it to last using it daily to walk?

I was having an orthotic made by my podiatrist and used these while I was waiting. It took a couple of weeks to get used to them, then they seemed fine. How long would they last? Once I got my regular ones, I stopped using them and then returned during another round of "repairs." So I can still use mine after a couple of years, but not of constant use? Helpful; I hope so.
