Most vitamins give me nausea, but this one doesn’t.

I was hoping this type tablet would be easy to absorb into my blood system and digest it properly. But it didn’t work out that way. I started getting headaches and sweating after taking the tablets. I did not get the effect of the b vitamin at all. I would not recommend this to anyone else. Beware once you buy this product you cannot return it. It is a fairly expensive bottle of capsules.
