Q: Can anyone tell me if they are using this with a PC, and does it work - will it work with an added shifter? Thanks

It does work with PC but the force feedback can be an issue in some games. What I did was go to an earlier version of the Logitech G Hub software (search in google and you will find a few videos that do a complete walkthrough on it) and then it worked. Definitely a well made product. It does work with shifters as well.

Q: Do the pedals have force feedback as well or just the wheel?

Not exactly force-feedback but they do have play in the pedals, the brake pedal being the one with more resistance. I will say it takes a bit of force to completely press the brake pedal!
