No it starts the year 2009, not 2006

Q: Do I need to worry about drive shaft clearance and pinion angle with this product?

You might hot have to cut I didn't cut mine

Q: Will this fit a 2019 ram 1500 classic warlock rwd? i've searched everywhere and many exclude the warlock model.

Well, It should fit as is the same gen 4 model. But remember, if you are using 17 rims, you need -12 offset minimum in order to clear tje knuckles
