Good toilet, easy to install, compact size, recommend.

The media could not be loaded. Great product, fantastically packaged. All fixtures and fittings inclusive. Only downside is the toilet is a fantastic looking toilet but the square shape takes a little getting used to when spending large amounts of time on it..

The pan is beautifully sculpted. More importantly, it is, from all the research I did, the least protruding from-wall pan available. Other pans protrude 4-5cms more. In a tight bathroom the extra space is very much appreciated. Soft-close seat is spot-on and fits the pan perfectly. Pan arrived cracked, which was bizarre because I've ordered 3 other pans from same supplier and they're always impeccably packaged with their bespoke-made protection. Replacement pan sent without quibble. Floor fixings were a bonus you don't get with other suppliers. You cannot go wrong with this ensemble. Will order again in a heartbeat.

The seat cover quite weak

Good value for money. Looks great. Was really well packaged & delivery was excellent- in fact it was delivered the next day which we wasn’t expecting. There was just one minor problem in that the flush tube hole on WC pan was slightly larger than standard so had to modify the seal, but would still definitely recommend it.

Lovely heavy well made pan ,however the seat is a major let down bad fitting loose and broken only been installed 1 week.
