Fitted this for my elderly mother, to replace an older one. This new one gives a much better and wider field of view.Recommended.

This door viewer arrived swiftly , minimum packaging. No complaints at all. It appears to be of great quality, looks smart and stylish; value for money ! Very sorry to say, I had to return it, as the actual viewer diameter is not suitable for my front door. I never imagined that the reference to the diameter is not just simply for the door (frame) itself (mine is a fire door) but also the viewer 'hole', which in my case seems quite slim, so to speak. I thought I was simply exchanging the existing door viewer for this model, which is far superior (wider angle, etc).

I wish I could have kept this viewer as the vision through the lens is excellent. Unfortunately the shaft is very large and too big for the existing hole in my original oak front door.

This is awesome. The extra width makes the image really clear. No more squinting. Highly recommend over standard sizes
