Received package, opened main package to find smaller plastic bag broken and only one piece rolling loosely in the main package, the second one was no where to be found.I tried filing with Amazon, and Amazon kept redirecting me to the manufacturer. Emailed the manufacturer, no response.The item works as described, able to fit it on my 1/2 impact and use the T25 hex bit to drive screws. Just wish I received two as purchased, instead of one and the cold shoulder. Giving three stars because of lack of customer support.Edit: this is my third attempt at posting. I think Amazon is screening my review.
