This is a concentrate and has to be diluted
I see some bad reviews here but I hope they diluted one part concentrate and four parts water before leaving their reviews., otherwise the reviews are understandable.Admittedly, the listing doesn't state it's a concentrate and requires dilution with water, but it is clearly stated on the bottle.
