Perfect rise every time

Reliable Yeast for Great Bread
Fleischmann’s Yeast has worked perfectly for all the bread I’ve made so far. I’ve used it with both white and wheat flours, and every loaf has risen well and turned out great. The price is solid too—better than what I usually find in stores. We use it in a bread maker, so its not complicated and easy for us novice bakers to use.No complaints at all. Great Yeast, Great Price!
I should have thought that this item was vacuum packed, but instead I thought it came hardened. So heads up on that. This yeast has reliable and predictable results.

Great Value!
Such a good deal - great value and the quality is great. Its a speed yeast that sets up quickly. While it is a lot I empty the bag into a glass mason jar with a tight lid and it has stayed fresh for months!

Easy to use yeast
I have used this yeast for several years and will continue to use it for my bread making. It is easy to use and reasonably priced. The dough raises easily and have only had one loaf that failed to rise and that was because i forgot and opened the kitchen window which caused a draft that blew directly on the rising dough.

Excellent yeast for both traditional and gluten-free yeasted baked goods.
I bought this for its intended purpose: baking! I'm sure there are many great yeasts available, but this is always my go-to. It always arrives fresh, and never fails to make beautiful baked goods! I prefer instant yeast to active dry yeast because I can skip the proofing step and just add it directly into the dry ingredients for faster and less messy prep. It also tends to work better with most gluten-free baking (which all of my baking is). The end result is perfectly soft breads with height that I may not be able to get with other types of yeast.For those unfamiliar with gluten-free baking, the dough is notoriously fragile. I'm sharing photos of the start to finish on a pan of gluten-free cinnamon rolls that require a double rise. They're not as perfect as traditional cinnamon rolls with the dough being so much softer and stickier, but these photos show what a beautiful job this yeast does of creating alovely, stable rise. I've also included a couple photos of a loaf of gluten-free honey oat bread made in a pullman bread pan with a sliced photo to show what nice crumb you can create with a good recipe and the right flour and yeast!
