I bought two of these. It arrived and several of the boards and one of the support arms were damaged .I contacted the supplier and they immediately replaced all the damaged parts,they were so so helpful.The shelves themselves are easy to fit together, the boards look flimsy but they are sturdy . They hold all my tool boxes. I will be getting another one.

Exactly what I needed to tidy up my garage. It’s strong and easy to assemble and very practical.

Frame is easy to assemble and very solid. The boards let it down a bit as they are thinner than I expected and easily damaged. It will be fine for the intended purpose, though I can imagine the boards will need replacing in time.

These are easy to assemble. All you require is a rubber mallet. If you don’t have a helping hand it is light enough to position and manoeuvre yourself.The beams are powder coated blue.The MDF could be thicker but due to how the shelves are placed and reinforced the shelves are sturdy and true to the weight limit. Sometimes shelves can move a little if you drag a heavier item off.I would highly recommend coating the shelves to seal and protect them from excess moisture. Think yacht varnish or similar - double coat.Due to how light the frame is I would highly recommend securing the structure to a wall.You can decide the levels of the shelves as there are many slots to choose from.It would be worth watching a guide when you do assemble to ensure a tab does not poke out of the beam. The tabs need to be secured properly. Even if you think you have whacked them in place there is usually a little more to hit so the beam tab is secured fully.Once you have assembled one the rest are a breeze.It’s helped me organise things in my garage. I have four of these and I am happy with my purchases.

I’ve got three of these in my garage and they are pretty well loaded up with a variety of things from chainsaws to car parts. Reasonably sturdy for price and look smart. Only gripe is that G-Tack should supply more joining clips for multiple units.

Ordered this for use in garage, on arrival the end of the packaging was slightly damaged. Opening up I found three of the five shelves were damaged corresponding with the damaged packaging. The supplier replaced the damaged shelves within two or three days. The shelving unit was very easy to assemble and move against the garage wall, I did secure it using a couple of screws and rawl plugs.

The metal frame is fine, but the shelves are poor quality MDF which grows mold like a piece of bread! These are not garage suitable shelves. G-Rack did supply new shelves when I complained however there is no point me fitting these because they will also just go horribly moldy as well. I have plenty other wood and MDF stored in the garage for ages which has not grown mold so it must be something about the supplied material. G Rack recommended sealing the new shelves to inhibit mold growth which defeats the point of buying garage racking. I should have spent more and got a better quality product. Also see other reviews about this same problem so I’m disappointed G-Rack haven’t changed the product given previous complaints, they shouldn’t continue to sell as garage racking, so reported to Amazon and requested full refund. I will have to dispose of moldy MDF, clean metal frame, buy new shelves of better material, cut and fit….or potentially just throw all away and buy a different product. What a waste of time 😡
