I bought this watch in September 2024. It was a Christmas gift for my husband. I also bought the protection plan. When my husband opened it Christmas Day the pins fell out of the band and the day and month didn’t work. I contacted the seller to return it and get a new one. My husband had his previous Seiko over 40 years. The seller did not honor the brand because I bought it as a gift. I’m now trying to get it fixed but no help from the vendor. I would never purchase another watch from this company. Beware!

Seiko King Turtle. Upon arrival I liked everything about this watch, until it stopped keeping time. I wear this watch 24 hrs a day, except to take showers. Many a morning the watch had stopped working. I eventually started moving the watch continuously to get the auto wind in action. That works only if I don't forget, but unfortunately if I do, the watch stops working. I had this wrist watch for about a month. My last Seiko divers watch did the same after having it for 5 yrs.

I received the watch and also returned three months ago and I still waiting for the money back.

It was broken when it arrived.
