Removed O2 sensor with ease!
Socket is very well made and works as attended

Worked
Bought this to remove O2 sensors from a 2004 Crown Victoria. Worked perfectly. I like that it has a much smaller wire gap than others I've seen. It makes it sturdier. I still used a hose clamp around it because the O2 sensor was incredibly stuck (270,000 miles) and it worked great. If only I hadn't broken the oil dipstick pull ring off when O2 sensor finally broke loose (bought another one on Amazon). 🤪

Well made, but barely or sometimes doesn't fit over many sensors
This oxygen sensor socket is solidly made, and seems to have a good uniform and durable surface finish. It fits properly and securely over the size of hex fastener specified. I haven't needed to use an impact-gun on this yet, it's always worked fine with a breaker bar.The issues for me are most of the oxygen sensors I've tried to used it on have had either thick cables which can be difficult with this socket as the slot is quite narrow (compared to powerbuilt or other brands). This can make it a little more difficult, but it still has fit over the wires. The other problem is that several modern 4-wire o2 sensors I've come across are either just barely short enough so that you have to fold the wires over fairly sharply, or a few have just been too long to fit in this socket. So unless you need to fit the tool down through a heatshield opening or similar, either the crows-foot type sensor tool or just a regular 22mm or 7/8" combination wrench generally proves more useful. However, if you already have those tools, this one is still a worthy addition to the toolbox.

TOP notch socket
I purchased a generic O2 sensor socket set along with my O2 sensors. When I went to work on the car, the darn crappy sockets slipped. I spent 3 hours spraying penetration fluid, heating, praying, swearing and trying to work the O2 sensor free using the crappy set. I then went on Amazon and purchased this socket along with another style from this brand. As soon as I got it, I noticed a nice strong heavy metal quality to it. The generic ones were a lighter and cheaper alloy. Once I got the hood up, the upstream sensor was out in 15 minutes. For the down stream sensor, I had to use a 26 mm wrench on the head of the socket to take it off. I also used a metal hose clamp around the end to prevent any chance of slippage. Just for reference, I tried using a 22 mm close end wrench, but it wasn't a six pointed, so it slipped. This took me about a half hour as I had little ground clearance. If you're going to change your O2 sensor, I would recommend getting this brand. Save yourself a lot time, aggravation and money. Don't cheap out on the socket like I did.

Very Necessary Tool
This tool saved me hours of aggravation when I removed my old O2 sensors of my Chevy pickup truck. The price is not bad and it is made for tough and rugged O2 sensors that are hard to get out of any rusted exhaust lines.
