The apparatus has several places to shift water flow--never noticed that in the marketing and one really needs to be aware of which valve is on. I am using it with a small soaking tub on a wooden floor so I am really aware of water.The tub filler faucet is significantly slower than my previous one so takes longer to draw a bath but flow is nice in the hand held and rain heads. For me its worth it but Im a bit worried when the gaskets begin to fail as there are several.All that said Id buy it again because it works in my situation and its really pretty and though I am not tall, the rain head can adjust to someone taller easily or back down , handy as my son is almost 6 foot.

The media could not be loaded. We are so happy with this shower fixture. It is a work of art! The chrome is beautiful. The controls are all silky smooth. The rain shower from the main head and the wand is delightful. Installation was very straightforward. This fixture really complimented our extensive shower remodel. If this is the style you're looking for we highly recommend this unit. Customer support from Gotonovo has been stellar! Highly Recommend. 5-star!

I want to start by saying that you will not find better customer service than that offered by the seller. The shower has assembled from the box only accommodates for a very short adult or child. I looked around the question and answer section on the product to find answers about getting an extension. I observed that the seller offered a free extension if you contact them and prove that you purchased their Fossett. I did just that. I Purchased the extender, and the company refunded the money back to my MasterCard after the purchase was received. Another issue I had with this was getting it to fit in my antique clawfoot tub. Make sure to purchase swing arms with some good length on them if you’re clawfoot tub is older. The shower itself is very elegant in its aesthetic. The construction is very sturdy. The handheld sprayer is very convenient. The showerhead flows brilliantly. With regard to the swing arms that I referenced, I bet the seller would have provided those at no cost, but I had not explored the reviews or the Q&A before ordering them. So all in all I did spend about $50 on supplemental swing arms. But at such a great price point, I still feel that this kit is offered at a good price. And again, the customer service offered by the seller is unbeatable. And the quality of the product itself seems very strong. If you do not have plumbing experience, you will need to get a plumber to install this for you. This is a more advanced DIY project, But the end result is well worth the work.

This shower is stunning and seemed like a good quality. I was disappointed in myself for not paying attention to the details and sadly needed to return it. I have a fiberglass surround and the on/ off handles were smaller than my opening and was smaller than what I need in distance. My fault

I purchased back in the summer thinking the house I bought would be ready but unbeknownst to me, the home inspector missed all the rotted subfloor and a few other things so the house had to be gutted. So 7+ months later, my new contractor is finally trying to install and the product continues to leak out of the back bracket that mounts to the wall. The faucet, even when installed level, is not level and has made it incredibly difficult to setup. I have reached out to the company for a second bracket and they were going to ship to make it sturdy and not so flimsy, because I had to order an extension pole to make it tall enough for being 5’11”. Then nothing. That was in January. I reached out again 5 days ago about the above leaking issues and the faulty unlevel faucet in hopes they would assist with the situation and I have yet to hear back. Now I’m stuck with a shower system that doesn’t work and it is holding me up from moving into my new house. Now I have to find a shower setup similar with the same 6” spread, which apparently isn’t very common. At this point, I would not recommend the purchase.
