Q: Are these kosher? I don't see a kosher certification on the image, but I know they are.

Just looked at all sides of my bag. It does not have the kosher symbol. You could write the company from their website, I guess.

Q: Does anyone know the percentage of cocoa on this?

I looked on the bag but it doesn't say.

I don't know the answer since I had to throw out over $40 of barkThins due to the dark chocolate turning white on the surface, which indicates that the product is very old and/or poorly sealed. I will not buy this product again.

Q: how many packages of these barkthins come in complete box to purchase? just one bag at a time? pm thanks

It was a long while ago, but I’m pretty sure it was just one package. Cheaper at CVS. But delicious!
