Works well as advertised. Easy install to plug on bottom of existing HU in vehicle. Compact and easy to hide cords.Note: if you are charging your phone from the car or powering a an external device for the sound input with the car you will need a ground loop isolator to prevent alternator whine from coming through the speakers, this is true with most devices like this. Not an issue with the product itself, just something that commonly occurs.

I ordered my product last week and came in right on the time , and it looks exactly like in the description. And it works it does have a humming sound to it I don't understand why, but I've used aux cables before and sometimes they have that but it works greatI ordered this based off a guess, by looking at my pin connector, and it worked amazingly impressive, I disconnected the XM Radio because I don't use it all, and it worked great. I noticed your Car list for Acura did not have the TL at all but you may want to update after this ! thank you hopefully you can design a Bluetooth

The adapter works out of the box and is extremely easy to install…but, there is a “ground loop whine”emitted that changes pitch as you increase your engine speed with the gas pedal. There is a simple fix for this but it involves having some basic soldering skills and opening the unit to expose the printed circuit board and soldering in a small jumper wire between the two ground pins on the audio input side of the board. Of course you will do this with the unit removed from the vehicle for your safety. Once this is completed there is no more annoying background noise/whine between your music tracks. Strangely, this manufacturer has been selling this product for quite some time now and you would think that they would be aware of this problem by now and would make this modification themselves before they sell the product to any more unsuspecting customers.Hope this helps.

Doesn't work with honda civic 2006 model, only made a buzzing noise. The noise is louder than the music. Good thing you can return it free, so I'm giving it 4 stars still for an excellent customer service. I have a video but can't upload it here.

I needed to add the bluetooth capability for an older model van we purchased. This was an easy install (with youtube guidance). I am very happy at the quality of the product and it looks great in the van (only a single wire located in the box where the phone normally sits).

Something is off in the wiring on the inside of this. strong humming when no music is playing, and strong humming when the RPMs get higher.I may open this up and fix the wiring as another reviewer mentioned.It was very simple to install though.

I see from other reviews (that I was to hurried to read, duh) that this product does not work as advertised. They are 100% correct. On two phones and various music selections, the result is the same. The voice channel is MUCH quieter than the music tracks and there is a terrible hum when the engine revs. I honestly do not understand how someone went to all the trouble of producing a product, packaging it and all of that -- KNOWING that it is crap and will almost certainly be coming back for a refund. But then again, what kind of moron buys a product and takes his car apart WITHOUT reading the reviews....guilty.
