Fast Facts Handbook for Pediatric Primary Care: A Guide for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants

This has been a very useful handbook for daily use as a certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. It is succinct, well written and straightforward. I am able to get the information I need quickly without reading through an encyclopedia of details not needed for the moment. Therefore I am able to move efficiently to the next patient. Highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded. I had used one of these fast fact handbooks when starting a previous job and really enjoyed how straight forward/no nonsense it was. When switching to a new specialty I ordered this one and was pleased with again how neatly organized and straight forward the book is. It’s not comprehensive, but gives enough info when just starting out and getting your feet wet!

Even though I am retired, I keep up with reading what I like 👍😊!

As described good-great information but does require prior academic training and knowledge.

I mightve done overkill by getting this book. I mean its good cause it has the most common disorders. But its also on every other medical resource site soooo...if you have $25 to spare (or waste), get it. Im thinking of returning it.

The perfect resource to have for quick referencing. As someone who knows the authors of this book on an academic level, I can vouch for the quality of the text and its usefulness in the pediatric clinical setting.

Excellent resource for a PNP student. Really does a great job of breaking down the important concepts in pediatrics. Easy to read and a great resource.
