It's smaller than expected which is a bonus and It comes in its own hard case to protect it. The USB cable is on the short side so if you are planning on using it for a Skype conference / Team meeting you will need a longer cable to place the unit in the middle of the table. I've used it already and the speaker volume is good, its loud and clear. The mic seems good as there were no complaints from anyone about not being able to hear what was being said in the room.I've also used it as a speaker phone with Skype for Business and it works perfect, again no complaints.Small, compact and clear. Worth the money? I would say so and would recommend it.

I wanted a speaker phone for use in a small meeting room with 4 or 5 people so we could be socially distanced without crowding round a laptop to participate in Zoom and Teams calls. We'd had problems previously for client meetings even 2 people sitting next to each other and having to move the laptop to speak directly into the microphone. This little gadget is perfect and works well with Teams and Zoom. The sound quality is great. I contacted customer support who were very quick to respond when I had a query. Definitely recommend.

This is a great product that is perfectly compatible with my Macbook pro via the USB interface. Compared with similar products I bought before, this product has a louder sound and clearer sound quality, which makes it easy for me to conduct video chat and online courses. I will no doubt recommend this product to my friends .

This is absolutely perfect for work I was using my headphones until now but this is a relief to use the clarity of Sound is very good and it does the job I have had some feedback that there is an echo sometimes when I use it more or less the feedback I have had from receivers of a call or on conferencing is that the sound quality is fine I would recommend this for working from home one other thing is that if you have a dictating facility using a microphone you can use this for dictation it's absolutely brilliant

I really like the look at feel of this speaker phone. It's smooth, easy to move about and looks stylish. It comes with a small pouch to keep it protected from being bashed about and the quality is much better than I've experienced for some time. It may be a little pricey but it's well worth the extra expense. I would recommend it for everyday use especially now that we're Zooming and Teaming each other on a regular basis. Makes hearing and others hearing you a lot clearer and more professional especially if you're using it for work purposes.

Sound and microphone are good, based on confirmation from my team. I use this with Microsoft Teams and it is okay, but lacks integration such as mute (this works independently of the Teams controls) and doesn’t have an answer / hang up option, so need to make sure a Teams window is visible. These are minor points for an otherwise well made product, I just wish the limitations were clearer in the product description. I’ve thought of returning is - I may do as it is early days, but it is hard to find an alternative with full integration with MS Teams.Update: After a few days of use I’ve been told my words are being clipped and I don’t sound as good as before. I’m going to return this product and I’ve reverted back to my headset with better integration and sound - it’s already an improvement I’m told.

I bought these based on others reviews. I found them poor in terms of sound, as the other callers found my voice muffled and had to resort to using the laptop instead. Not sure if a fault with the unit I received or they are just poor quality. Bought a Jabra replacement - a little more expensive but performs well. Don't settle for these.

The media could not be loaded. Bought this product and tested on FaceTime, sound is crystal clear no static background noise. Also can be used as an sound output for music (see video). The product doesn’t come with any paper instructions, so for Mac computer, need to go to settings/ sound and selected output to external usb, not internal speakers, which is the laptop’s own one.
