Ended up with one leg shorter than the other after a hip replacement. This insert has made walking an standing more comfortable.

Bought for my partner, one leg is shorter than the other after a knee replacement, he has no cushioning in the bottom of his heel, so far so good, these are like a gel one, ordered hard ones, but were no good, these are much better, good quality, not a bad price

Ordered to assist with Plantar Fasciitis as instructed by GP. Initially feels uncomfortable in my shoe and as such too early to comment regarding success in clearing the issue. Fingers crossed. Arrived within 24 hours of order.

My wife bought these as the backs of her trainers were a bit high and was causing rubbing on the ankles. Normal full length insoles didn't do the trick as the rest of the shoe was a good fit without, but these were great and stopped the rubbing on the ankles. They fit perfectly in the heel of the shoes and didn't require any cutting/trimming (she has size seven shoes). She bought the 1.5cm size and it was great. Not sure what the longevity is like as only received them today but they appear to be of a good quality.

My insoles are extremely tight and comfortable and I can do everything I need to again. I. would highly recommend them for comfort walking.

I've got archilles tendon on my foot and watched a talk on utube that recommended heel raisers in your shoes. I find they do help. They don't cure the condition, but they do help

These do not adjust your height at all and go flat after 10minutes of walking/standing and are very uncomfortable to walk with
