Disappointed as it was good for the first 3 months. Feels a bit cheap but good value (so i thouhgt). After 3 months it broke and by this point it was out of the return period. Don't bother buying this, opt for something a bit more expensive that will last longer than 3 months

The media could not be loaded. It is plastic and got scratched up tightening with the pliers which is a shame. It leaks a bit but its still really good for the price and well worth it. It came with no instructions and the information here isn't any help but I figured it out eventually.

Really fabulous gadget.

Based on the item description as is universal, I have ordered. Unfortunately this item is not universal. Strongly advise: before to order make sure the diameter of the tap and diameter of this item fitting. So disappointed with this item looks good quality but is not fitting my kitchen tap head.

The media could not be loaded. Installation was theoretically easy but it took a couple of attempts to stop any leaks. The key was using enough PTFE tape (I was a bit too stingy with it initially). I used a rubber washing up glove to give enough grip to tighten it without needing to resort to tools which would probably have caused scratches etc (I'm 62 with limited hand strength these days but I managed to tighten it with no problem at all). There is no loss of water pressure. The stream/spray function works well but is initially a little stiff. I'm sure it will ease a bit over time. I've read reviews that claim it doesn't have this function, but it does. You just have to pull/push the wide ring on the head. Use two hands (see video). I've also read reviews that claim this is made of plastic. It isn't. It's mainly metal with only a tiny bit of ABS plastic. I think it will last well, but time will tell on that point. It's made swilling the sink etc, soooo much easier and it's much quicker to disperse bubbles.

Cheap, relatively easy to install, but really bad quality product.....1) It keeps leaking both where it connects to the tap and at the aerator head - no matter how much sealant tape you use (which they thoughtfully I must admit added to the package)2) The mechanism to change flows was fidgety to start with and is now dead after 4 days of use.So it would seem that the manufacturer has very poor quality control and that - like me- you might end up with a dud....

Once you work out there are different attachments which you likely wont need, it is easy to fit. (And I am a female pensioner)It works a treat too.
