There weren't many instructions, but there are plenty of online videos. I'm growing broccoli sprouts, seeds purchased here as well. One Tablespoon of seeds will fill the jar in about five days of growth. I put the jar at the back side of the sink so any drainage drips into the sink. Much cheaper and fresher tasting than buying sprouts at the store. I've been using it about six weeks.

This product arrived on time you can put any kind of seeds you want to in there it looks elegant in the kitchen and the seed Sprout it's a fun thing to do I put my seeds in smoothies salads and I top soup put them on top of soup

looking at sprouting items most seem to be quart size canning jars used so when i bought this setup i was expecting quart size but these are pint size, still useable to start but looking down the road if i like sprouting i will need a larger size setup to use quart jars

So fun to grow stuff on the counter in the middle of winter. We love watching them grow and eating them. Would have been nice to have instructions but just searched the internet to find out what to do.

These are way smaller than they look in the photograph. No instructions came with them. I had to buy some seeds and then google how to grow them. I think I would be better with just some cheesecloth and a larger jar. The only time the instructions say to tilt them, as shown in the photo, is during the last part of the process. During the rest of the growing, you are supposed to lay the jars on their side. So the stand that comes with the jars is not used. At least I grew them by keeping the jars on the side the entire time.

I saw these on TikTok and had to have them. The instructions are super easy. I would make sure to put them on a plate or you will have yellowish water all over the counter. For some reason, that didn’t dawn on me at first. LOL

My fault for not reading the description better. These are pint jars, I was expecting quart jars. Measurements are in cm and I didn't take the time to convert to inches,. I do think a quart jar will fit on the holders, which is the real reason I purchased these. Lids do not screw on smoothly. I think a little instruction pamphlet would have been a nice touch. Believe it is a little over priced for what I received.

Makes delicious sprouts exactly as I hoped it would.
