Q: How much space is there between the dividers? Is each slot the same size? Will it hold a kindle fire in a keyboard case?

There is enough space to hold a Mac Book Pro. All slots are the same size. I returned mine, though, because it was broken when it arrived. I found it difficult to organize all the cords in the box as well so I did not order a replacement.

Q: All ipads have otterbox covers on them - not certain whether they will fit? what is the depth of each slot please?

They will absolutely fit. I don't know the exact width but all of ours have otter box covers as well, and there is plenty of space.

Q: Will this work for Google Chromebooks in the classroom?

Hi, I checked with my hubby (for whom I bought the Bamboo charger) and he said that the 5" would be too short. He said you'd have to choose the 10" ones and then you can just tuck them under the little platform that holds all the devices.Thanks,Lisa
