Very few know it's importance. I guarantee you will get more strength better muscle quality but you have to increase the dosage for 6months after that you can continue maintenance phase.

Excellent efficacy. Excellent deep sleep and energy . I am Doctor . Essential product for daily magnesium deficiency.I would recommend adding vitamin k2, vit b12. Increases vit D strenght to atleast 2000iu

Edited Review - After using this product for the last 12 months i can safely say that this product does not work as expected. if fact, i doubt the legitimacy of the mentioned ingredients used in it. My workout recovery was getting worse by the day along with my sleep. Another thing that i noticed was the increasing hair fall and thinning of my hair which is an indication that my body is not getting the required zinc. Do yourself a favor and Stay away from this product for a mile and try something else like NOW ZMA.Zinc and magnesium are the most important mineral that a body needs which most Vegetarians are usually deficient in. I used to take Now foods ZMA for a long time but switched to Trexgenics last month and the results were noticeably better. I feel that my body recovers better every morning after a workout. I Couple this with a good Vitamic D3 supplement and noticed that i am more energetic than ever before. I hope that the quality of this product does not decrease in the future like most Indian products do eventually. 5* for now!!!
