I tried this product after reading all positive comments and ignoring the negative ones. I for it from another platform at a cheaper price and they had very good customer images as well. I did the process very carefully, checked the elasticity of my hair before washing the first product, took so much time to straighten small sections and then applied the second product. I watched many videos online before doing all this so was very sure of what I was doing but after washing my hair it was not straight. It was a bit better than before and extremely smooth but not straight. I did not put it behind my ears, slept without a pillow for 3 days and washed my hair after that in hopes it would be straight.This was my experience. Maybe it was not suitable for my hair and some people may be getting the result they want but I was not happy as I expected better seeing the images of earlier clients.
