Great ghee
I’m a devoted ghee user. Love the higher than butter smoking point, the rich flavor (tastes like theatre butter when drizzled on popcorn) and the fact that it lasts a long time when unrefrigerated. I’ve tried several brands, some from the Indian grocery stores near me, and this brand is among the best. But I’m limited to EBT purchases and it’s not currently available that way as it was in the past. So I live in hope, and check it frequently.

Great product
The ghee was good quality and fragrant to cook with. Haven't had an issue storing it outside the fridge either. The only gripe is that the shipping damaged the bottle slightly.

Needs to be better sealed
My jar was slippery and oily, as the ghee had obviously leaked. This happened with the first jarI purchased, too. But this time, the ghee had strange white "cottage cheese" growths all overthe top. Can ghee get a fungus infection????UPDATE: was unhappy with other brands, so reordered this brand. They have vastly improved the packaging, with both an inner seal and an outer seal, so no leaking, no weird growths. I love this ghee and stronglyrecommend it now that the packaging has been corrected.

Good butter
Very good butter with really good flavor. I like this brand more than the brand I found at Costco.

Thick, like peanut butter
I am new to using Ghee. I tried a jar that I bought from Aldi and I really liked using it. That Ghee was a bright yellow liquid that tasted like intense butter. I wanted a larger jar and this brand appealed to me for its size and price. It is a big jar but seems to have a large amount of thick matter throughout. I can't pour any of it. Like the first jar, I keep this one in the pantry but it is thick. I must use a spoon to get the Ghee out. This Ghee does not have the same consistency of the first small jar from Aldi that I used earlier. The taste of this Ghee is okay, but doesn't have the rich buttery taste I expected. Although the advertising suggests that it is an Indian product, it comes from Mexico, which surprised me. One should read the product description carefully before purchasing. My bad. I think next time butter goes on sale, I will try to make my own Ghee.
