Q: Much of the description says this is the 166w product, yet the title and some of the description say it's 136w, please can you clarify?

This is the updated 166W version. Due to technical issues some of the details have not been updated yet. We are working to get everything sorted out.

Q: Ports seem different? usb-c1 supports qc2 at 20v but usb-c2 is limited to 12v. usb-c1 supports huawei scp but usb-c2 does not. usb1/2 also different.

Yes that’s true, the ports support different charging types. Eg, you would not be able to charge two 100 watt devices at the same time. But all the ports will charge (to some extent) pretty much anything, depending on power needs

Q: is this compatable with the dell XPS 15 9500?

Yes. Our charger is compatible with your XPS. Please note that Dell are using non standard mode (130W) of the standard USB-C PD specification which is maxed out at 100W. Our charger is fully compliant with PD and limited to 100W on a single USB-C port. So you will not be getting the max 130W required for your laptop. We can assure you our charger will still be able to charge your Dell even while it is being used.

Q: I ordered the 166w product and the old 136w unit was delivered. if i reorder, can you guarantee that the 166w product will be sent?

We no longer have the old model in stock anywhere. You have probably received the new 166W model. Many people are confused when they see the 136W label on the package but that is the Certified power, not the maximum power the charger is capable of delivering. If you see the 136W label on the package then you have the new model, the old model had 100W listed on the package.
