Fantastic insoles. Good arch support and better for my feet than the $800 ones my podiatrist sold me. My feet love these.

These are worth the price for sure. My daughter uses these instead of the ones that come in soccer cleats. She had Achilles tendinitis and these exact ones were recommended by her ortho. They are comfortable and no complaints from my teen. I will be ordering a second pair for her regular sneakers.

I previously had a pair of orthotic insoles from my doctor, but my insurance decided not to pay for another pair when those needed to be replaced. These are as good (or better) than the $400 custom insoles from the doctor. I have severe overpronation, plantar fasciitis, and heel pain. My feet instantly felt better when I started using these insoles. If you haven't used insoles that provide this level of arch support, you may want to break them in before wearing them for a full day on your feet. Since I've used custom insoles for the last few years, that wasn't necessary, and I could easily spend a full day on my feet with no discomfort.

This brand was recommended by my podiatrist. I have fairly flat feet with foot pain and I also tend to walk on the outside of my feet (roll the foot out) when I step. He said not to bother with anything you purchase in the supermarket/drugstore such as Dr Scholl's, e.g. but suggested this brand and this specific insert to go into my sneakers or regular shoes since it provides strong support and can also withstand some impact from running, etc. I ordered true to size and they fit in my sneakers. I should say that I have WIDE feet and I do wish that these came in a wide width but maybe it's not necessary? I'm not sure. Overall, they provide good support and I did notice a difference since I was having issues running. I took the footbed right out of all of my sneakers for the gym and I put these in. When I'm done, I take them out, air them out and use them the next day. I have used them inside some boots as well as a couple of pairs of shoes that have removable footbeds and have found the shoes much more comfortable to walk and stand in with these inserts. According to the Powerstep website you do need to replace these every couple of months as you find they start to wear out--and of course for someone like me who is using them in their sneakers at the gym and running or doing high impact I expect to run through these a little sooner. But the price is very reasonable, they are STURDY, and I am generally happy with the comfort and support they have provided me. According to the Powerstep website they do make a higher impact athletic insert but those are only available at specific retailers listed on their site and can't be purchased online--otherwise, I'd get those, too. Recommend!!!

My surgeon sent me to a specialty shoe store after foot surgery. I have extremely high arches & no matter what sneakers I bought I wasn’t getting the support I needed. They recommended these for inside… holy moly what an improvement! I have purchased 4 pair (certainly a financial commitment) but I can now wear All my sneakers (even little white dressy ones) you’ll love them

Love these! Bought several pair. really good quality and fits my instep nicely. I have flat feet, but they were like a charm.
