Q: Has anyone discovered how to download the driver for this printer to your windows10 pc? i am having no luck at all.

Go to the actual Canon site and look or type in downloads/drivers you can then pick your model and it is a breeze from there, the info that actually came with the printer to go to a special download site was not working. At least not for me.

Q: How is this different from the TS8520 and ts9520?

I never owned a TS9520, however, I did a TS8520 and I find that my new TR8620 shoots out the copies at a more rapid rate than the slower rate of the TS8520. Know that different ink cartridges are used for the TR8620 which are not the same as those used in the TS8520.

Q: Are you able to print onto a cd/dvd?

No, the TR8620 does not have that feature. Other Canon printers do such as the PIXMA TS9020 which supports printing on multiple media types such as CD/DVD/Blu-ray Discs.

Q: Its available at best buy for $199.99, whereas amazon selling at $299.99, why?

Not the current model. Most likely old inventory.
