Well
Ordered a 100mm and when I clicked on it didn't state a degree unlike a few others. So when I received and it was a 30° my heart sank. My friend has this and swears by it. Unfortunately there isn't a length/degree stem to meet my needs so I had to return. It does weigh over pound for those who weight matters (I dont care, I care about function). Perhaps on my next bike I will go this route if the options work for me. Bottom line--would definitely recommend this stem if the length/degree combo is available as I know it works well.

Great quality, easy to install
Very good quality and easy to install. It is heavy, but I purchased it for the suspension.

Excellent upgrade for road bikes!
I've owned one of these Kinekt spring stems now for about a year, and put a couple thousand miles on it. I love these! I'm about 155 lb, so I had to use the lightest spring they provide, but it's about right. On most paved road bumps I hit now, it rides roughly in the center of its travel - and occasionally bottoms out on the really severe bumps on our lousy Michigan roads. That's about what I'd expect, for suspension tuning for any such bike part. My only (tiny) issue with it is, it seems a little-overdesigned (too heavy) for 'bike weight snobs'. That's ok, they can continue to get their teeth rattled by the rock-hard ride of their bikes :) ...Actually my next step with this will be to drill some lightening holes here and there on the assembly, away from the corners where stress is concentrated of course. Overall, a very worthy and helpful upgrade... even at it's significant price. One last thing - I did order (and return for refund), the similar RedShift polymer suspension stem this month. It just didn't measure up to the Kinekt's pleasant, wide and linear deflection. The RedShift's polymer 'springs' are way too stiff and nonlinear in action. Plus I kind of like the open, techy look of the Kinekt stem. Nice!UPDATE June 2024 - I now have these on three of my bikes (a carbon road bike and two of my e-bikes)... still very happy with them! A few here have been troubled by the small travel of the unit. I do agree it doesn't move a lot; at most there's maybe an inch of travel. But it's constrained by the stringent bending and twist requirements in a steering stem. It simply MUST be super stiff and strong for such loads. Also - IMHO, you get most of the utility from the first 10-15mm of travel in these; they crucially take the 'edge' off the initial jab or jerk of a sudden bump. I've now put thousands of miles on these, with no problems whatsoever. It's the mark of a great design and product, that now I barely notice them - nor the hundreds of jolts my wrists and shoulders used to absorb on each ride.

Great stem
Put this suspension stem on my gravel bike paired with the redshift top shelf bars. What a great addition. Well worth the cost of this stem. Waiting for my suspension seatpost which should be here tomorrow.

Nice addition to a rigid front end
The media could not be loaded. I would rate this five stars if the main head would have fully tightened around my bars with the four bolts tightly and securely. I ride a heavy bike with 14 inch tall bars and no matter what I tried the clamp would not keep them from pulling back at me and spinning. I saw that by Drilling a whole through this piece be handlebars themselves and out the other side with a nut and now everything is nice and secure something that you would not have to do without very tall handlebars overall it is a nice piece of engineering. I am 6 ft 195 and I still run the lightest spring to maximize travel.
