Sheerness of the toe is fine. Almost reinforced. Like the stocking.

These run really large. I’m 210 and 5’5 and bought xl and they’re too big/long. I ordered a large and those fit. Be aware that these only last 1-2 times of wear. They run soooo easily but look and feel great.
