What are the Ingredients?

I had all 5 flavors as shown in their advertising on Amazon. They were not in boxes, but the wrapping shows anywhere from 6-9 grams of sugar in each package of 2 bars with OTHER sugar added of 6-9 grams depending on the flavor. You can get this information if you google the type of KIND breakfast bar you are interested in and it will show the nutritional values on the box.

Do you eat 2 bars in each package for breakfast or one?

It varies on how hungry I am whether I eat 1 or 2. Sometimes I eat 1 for a snack. Sometimes I eat 2 for lunch. It varies.

Is there actually 12 packages containing 2 breakfast bars in each package?

I have bought several different KIND bars and love them all. But in the sizes I bought it was only one bar.
