Received in good condition.I checked through them to see if they had any of the printing issues other reviewers had with theirs.They did not so hopefully that issue was resolved with the printers.The price for this complete set really can't be beat.I've never read this series but enjoyed the show.It's been my experience that the book is usually better than the show/movie.So I'm anticipating enjoying this series.Have a nice rest of your day

Christmas gift it was a hit

Ordered on 02/10/2025, received on 03/03/2025. I was a bit nervous after reading some reviews about misprints and errors, but the book set I received was absolutely perfect! It arrived brand new, still in its plastic wrapping, with zero damage. Every page is intact, and there are no misprints or missing content. While the shipping took nearly a month, it was well worth the wait since it looks like they’ve fixed the previous issues. Very happy with this purchase!

The review is for the product, not the story. The novels are excellent, the publishing is a problem. In the middle of the fourth book the story jumps and has a chapter that is from the end of the 5th book in the middle of the forth. One page Ciri is in a cottage, mid sentence to the next page is a scene from end of the last book with Yennifer in a castle. I have the books on kindle so was able to find the missing pages, etc. How in the world do random chapters from other books end up in the middle of a different book. Not sure how many other mistakes I may have missed. A real shame for someone reading who had not already read the book and realized something was wrong.

As a huge fan of The Witcher 3 video game, I had been meaning to buy these books for a long time, but never got around to doing so. The books are just as captivating and very easy to build a mental picture.I have read The Last Wish entirely and am partially through Sword Of Destiny. So far I have not ran into any of the print issues that early reviews have stated. The latter reviews showing the issue has been resolved is what gave me confidence in making the purchase. If I do run into any print issue, I will update the review to reflect that, but so far, so good.I love the cover art for these books, but I hate that the "Netflix" circle is part of the print. Not a deal breaker, but was not a fan of the Netflix series as far as I was able to stomach to watch. But believe me when I say that the book series (at least as far as I have gotten) is much better.

This is one of the best series I've ever read. It starts out a bit slow for the first 2 books of short stories. However, if you understand this and get past them to the novels you get sucked in to the universe and feel a real connection to the characters. The last few books are written so masterfully it's almost Shakespearian.
