Q: Are the made by converse? Or a copy????

I got to these from the official Converse store front. They aren't fakes.

Q: What is the best way to keep these sneakers clean?

The best way to keep the rubber sole and cap clean is to use a Magic Eraser. As for the fabric upper, you'll need to use a protective spray meant for shoes.

Q: Aren't these supposed to be low tops? I received high tops. Really disappointed!

I received low tops. Was the picture on the box shown as low tops or high tops? Either your order was mis-packaged or mis-pulled.

Q: i need a size 8 in womens or size 6 in mens. i just want low top black chucks, the sizing chart is confusing me?

I wear a women's size 6 but chucks tend to run a 1/2 size large so I wear a 5.5 womens which is a 3.5 Men's. If you take an 8 in Chucks then yes it would be a 6 in men's. hope this helps!
