Oem. 3 wire high/ low. Thicker than a lot of grips because of the internal sandwiched element deign.That’s ok. It helps the heat stay in the grip and you hand instead of trying to warm the metal bars. Plus more palm cushion.Great design. No glue required etc.Required re-pinning into factory wire housings or splice.Very good temp output.
