Rarely does one see a book of this type — with such useful and clear illustrations. The graphics communicate the essential defense/attack movements, while the accompanying text is concise and on-point. The book is excellent in style and function. Perfect for the Krav Maga beginner.

Loved the drawings

I have many, many years of training in the martial arts utilizing books, magazines, DVD's, Video's, and Formal Instruction as well. The way the Author presents the information in this book is a new approach to learning and it "works". This is the most interesting, effective and "fun" book on Self Defense that I have ever come across. Highly Recommended. Keep in mind it is written and intended to compliment formal instruction, not replace it. I just purchased Volume 2 and can't wait to dive into it.

For the most part the techniques are practical and would work in self defense. I also love the art style they used.

great drawings that make it easier to get training

Best book ever.!! Awesome illustrations Worth every penny.

Just receive the book, content is good but print on pages throughout the book unreadable. Maybe exposed to moisture or humidity but hard to tell. Will order another with hopes the next book will be readable.

I din't care for the drawing aspect.
