THERABAND CLX Resistance Band with Loops

I have problems wrapping down on the larger bands. The continuous loops really help me.

Got the green one and absolutely love it. I've been in PT for a while and this bands helps supplement the treatments. I mostly use it for bird-dog and dead-bug exercises, but I do makeshift pilates-style hip circles and presses with it too. I'm going to get higher resistance ones now because the green one is too easy. Great way to build strength in between PT sessions.

A really great resistance band and it has loops so it can be used for different types of exercises.

I bought this to replace the cheap off brand stretch bands that my physical therapist sent me home with. Those bands leave my hands smelling like rubber and several hand washes don’t rid me of the stink. Also one of them was starting to break.From the reviews I read that these were kind of weak compared to regular bands, so instead of getting orange I got blue and it seems about right. Unlike the off brand ones, this does not leave my hands smelling like rubber. I also really appreciate the loops, they make it a lot easier to use and the band stretching between my thumb and forefinger doesn’t scrape my skin from holding it in place.I have had this one for a couple years now and it is only now starting to break. I’ve been handling it as gently as possible - instead of shutting in a door I loop it around a door handle and cushion it with a hand towel, etc. When stepping on it to do upward stretches I wear slipper it socks instead of standing on it with my hard shoes.Ordering another one to replace the one that’s breaking, and the old one (since only a couple segments are starting to break off one one end it’s still mostly useable) will go to work as a backup if I forget mine on a day I need it. (I try to do some stretches during phone meetings to save time and keep my mind alert).

Great products for rehabbing my knee after a TKR, but also for an old fogey like me, riddled with arthritis, to do some strength training without killing my already painful shoulders, wrists, and elbows. I have all the colors

you can make it any length because of the many loops so it is versatile - mine tore after a couple of years but I got a lot of use out of it first!

Bought April 7th. Today is May 29th. It just snapped on me. And I got the heavier weight style. All I have used it for is leg exercises provided by Theraband. Sitting at my work desk none the less. Nothing crazy. I did not even get a chance to use the additional item I purchased for over the door. I never return items and wanted to with this. In hopes I had a defective item because I loved it. But the return window is closed. And I don't want to purchase a whole new one. I'm sad and disappointed because I love this brand.

This really was slightly better than the stark as it was more stretchy.
