I’ve used a simple 14-compartment/7-day AM&PM dosette box for several years, but the flimsy lid flaps wouldn’t stay closed & I’d had a couple of near-miss overdoses when several compartments opened simultaneously, unnoticed due to my rubbish eyesight.I found this pill box whilst searching for a better one, and although it’s a bit pricier than I was intending, going by the reviews it seemed a good fit so I took the chance. It goes to show you really do get what you pay for sometimes, I’m delighted to say this product is even better than I hoped! The plastic of both the outer box and individual dose boxes is really sturdy, and the lids on each box stay firmly closed until you want to open them, so it’s much safer.With all my previous dosette boxes I've found that any text on them (days of week etc) usually flakes off very quickly, but with this one the printing is very high quality and seems permanent; additionally, there are symbols rather than text for day/night doses, which may be helpful for some medical conditions/vision problems, and the different colours for different days is useful too.I also like the fact it’s lightweight and easy for me to manipulate, as my manual dexterity is variable and I can struggle with fiddly things and “heavy” things like ceramic mugs over plastic ones etc. Despite being so light, the dose boxes have very generous compartments - I can fit all 10 of my nighttime meds in with room to spare, as per photos. My husband and I enjoy travelling, and as soon as we’re able to again post-Covid, it’ll be really handy for short/weekend breaks just to take the boxes for the required days, rather than a whole week’s worth of tablets.Overall, this is just a much higher quality product all round than I’ve ever had in the past and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. If I’m being really picky, there’s only one downside - it’s a tiny bit fiddlier to fill up each week than a single multi-compartment box, but the positives vastly outweigh this minor quibble!Also, this doesn’t affect me personally, but something to be aware of is the disappointing lack of Braille dots; I was surprised such a high-quality product didn’t have this as all my other (cheaper & inferior quality) dosettes have done so.

Good sturdy organiser nicely built and a robust product I think you could have a good kick around in the garden and it would still be fine ( although there might be a better product for that).The openings on the boxes are easy to open and use but not that easy that they open by accident. It’s easy to clean by hand washing and leaving it on the drainer.This product suits me perfectly and holds 9 pills easily (per side) morning and night and you could probably get more than that in but I’ve never tried.Only downside is that if your only taking a couple of pills a day then this would be a little large for your needs and travelling with (although it is good for travel normally), the individual days organiser does easily fit comfortably in a pocket.The whole thing is about 2/3’s of a straight English pint glass but a smaller diameter.If you don’t have a pint glass measuring tool there are a few public houses still open that may assist.Do not mix the pills up with the measuring tool.Great product still after a few years daily use with no signs of wear and tear

Inexpensive, colourful, easy to use.Of course, one still has to keep an eye on the actual pill-taking.

Such a handy case, it’s very durable, keeps all my medications organised and separates my morning to night meds which encourages me to keep track of my daily doses as well as ensuring that I take my night time meds more (I’m terrible for remembering to take them at night but because they are already out and waiting it makes it a lot easier for me to stick to my routine)I use this every day proudly and have even shown it off to family members too when travelling with them. It’s a great size so easy to travel with (so so much better than boxes and boxes of different medications, getting squished and lost and pills falling out of the foil packaging that comes originally with your prescription medications) and pack as it’s quite compact which is another bonus!!This product has helped me massively to keep track of what medications I’ve taken and being quite forgetful sometimes, I can easily check if I’ve taken my medications for the day by referring to my organiser (which I have to do quite often🙈) Great concept, best, most practical buy of the year! Got it in the colour purple too (my fave) 😻😻

If you take pills twice a day, this is a well made pill organiser and it worked well during a reason trip to friends. The advantage is that you don't have to take a stack of pill boxes with you.

I have rheumatoid arthritis and take a number of pills daily. This was bought to take on holiday. Easy to pack, sufficient capacity for my pills (including capsules), easy to open, cheerful colours. Would recommend.
