Good for focus and energy! I used a nootropic mushroom coffee well multiple, this is easier if the day gets busy and you don’t have time to make a drink. This has more benefits too.

Toxic Ingredient in thei Product
I broke out in a horrible bright red rash on my stomach from the Shiitake Mushroom ingredient due to Shiitake Flagellate Dermatitis and had to see the doctor. Shiitake mushrooms contain a toxin and should not consumed unless it is very well cooked. I am taking two different prescriptions for the burning and itching and it may still take weeks to recover.The seller does not offer a refund on this item.
