Q: How long is the use by date when it arrives?

This bread is basically vacuum packed. I've left it in my pantry for as long as two weeks and it was still good. In fact, the manufacturer recommends you DO NOT freeze it. I have frozen it without adverse effects. I eat it everyday as toast. Give it a try.

Yes! This product is free from dairy and egg. Our household is also allergic to dairy, egg and gluten and this is one of our favorite breads. The ingredients list on the white bread is: Water, sourdough (rice flour, water) rice starch, corn starch, agave syrup, psyllium seed husk (vegetable fiber), sunflower oil, modified cellulose, soy protein, yeast, Millet flour, citrus fiber, rice flour, sugar, quinoa flour, salt, corn flour, honey, guar gum, calcium citrate, niacin, iron, thiamin, riboflavin. (Contains soy).
